Market related salary and performance incentive

Job purpose:  To assist with the general office upkeep and maintenance. To ensure the offices are clean and ready at all times and to provide refreshments to management and guests as required.

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

Clean meetings room and board room and ensure meetings rooms are prepared prior to scheduled meetings. Prepare refreshments and catering as required for meetings.  Serve coffee / tea / water as per guests or manager requests. Clean the kitchen area and ensure catering utensils and equipment is clean and in a working condition. Monitor catering stock levels and request re-fills as needed prior to running out.

Minimum Qualification/ Certifications: No minimum qualification required

Experience and Skills required: Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.  Ability to interact with staff, management and guests in a polite and professional manner.
